Eligibility

• The Blenco Rewards program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Participants must have a valid Blenco account and a registered mobile number.
• Employees of Blenco and its affiliates may participate but may be subject to additional restrictions.

Account Registration

• Users must register an account to access the App and earn rewards.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Earning Rewards

• Rewards points ("Points") are earned on qualifying purchases made at participating Blenco locations.
• Points may be awarded based on the total purchase amount, promotional offers, or other criteria defined by Blenco.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Blenco reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in case of errors, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

Redeeming Rewards

• Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards, only the the outlet it was earned.
• The availability of rewards is subject to change without prior notice.
• Points must be redeemed before their expiration date (if applicable).
• Rewards cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

Program Changes & Termination

• Blenco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Blenco Rewards program at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, users will have a specified period to redeem any remaining points.
• Blenco is not liable for any loss of rewards due to changes or termination of the program.

User Conduct

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from any fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Unauthorized use, hacking, or exploitation of the App is strictly prohibited.
• Blenco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Privacy Policy

• Blenco collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available in the App.
• By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy .

Limitation of Liability

• Blenco is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions in the App.
• Blenco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
• The governing law will be the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
